How quickly will I receive my deliverables?
Most projects are delivered within 48 hours of receiving your brief. Larger or more complex projects may take 3–4 business days. We'll always give you a clear timeline before we start, and we don't start the clock until we have everything we need from you.
What if the content doesn't sound like me or my business?
Every project includes at least one round of revisions at no extra charge. If something doesn't feel right, just tell us and we'll fix it. We ask detailed questions at the start specifically so we can match your voice — industry, tone, and the words your customers actually use.
Is Brightly AI a subscription service?
No. Our Starter and Growth packs are one-time purchases. You order when you need it, and there's no ongoing commitment. If you want ongoing support, ask us about a monthly retainer — we do offer those for clients who want regular content.
